Where orbital-weld tooling and fit-up require usable straight tube adjacent to the joint, the elbow end condition can be configured accordingly.
Straight section
Specify the straight length required beyond tangent. The finished end is square to the local centerline axis.
Tangent face
For assemblies that do not require added straight, the end can terminate at tangent.
